Turning Ideas into Actions

I am a Creative Director and designer who focuses on building brands and delivering work that performs in the real world. My career has centered on translating strategy into clear, usable creative — from brand systems and product launches to retail environments, digital campaigns, and live events.

I have worked across six industries over more than 20 years, leading both in-house creative teams and external agency partners. My experience includes launching products and services under tight timelines, managing budgets and production schedules, and delivering work that supports business objectives across a wide range of audiences.

I am comfortable working at both the strategic and execution levels. Whether developing a brand system, directing a photo shoot, or preparing materials for a product launch or executive presentation, my focus remains the same: bring clarity, maintain consistency, and deliver on commitments.

Over time, I have learned that successful creative work depends on more than design. It requires planning, communication, and collaboration across teams with different priorities and constraints. My role is often to bring structure to complex projects, align stakeholders around a clear direction, and move the work forward.

Career Flow

I started my career in Marketing after earning my degree from Pace University. Working as a Marketing Analyst in Europe for several years helped me realize that I preferred the creative side of marketing — the part where ideas take shape visually. That realization eventually led me to PlayStation’s in-house Creative Services department.

Over a 15-year period at PlayStation, I led cross-functional design teams, managed agency partners, directed creative development, and worked across the organization to build alignment with colleagues in Europe and Asia. In practical terms, I helped deliver the creative behind the launch of five game systems, more than 270 games, and six brand redesigns before moving on to my next opportunity.

I joined the virtual reality startup Virtually Live as a Creative Director. In the fast-moving environment of a startup, I also served as designer, production manager, occasional copywriter, and on-call video editor and producer. The “everyone is all in” mindset shaped how we worked, and the experience strengthened my ability to design, prioritize, and deliver under pressure.

Joining Western Digital to lead the in-house team supporting SanDisk brought together both sides of my experience — hands-on design from Virtually Live and team and brand leadership from PlayStation. Our team supported 20 to 25 product launches per year, creating the packaging, print, and digital marketing assets required for successful market introductions. I also led work on new brand design languages for WD_BLACK, iXpand, SanDisk, and SanDisk Professional.

And to close the loop, my Marketing background has been as important as my design skills. By understanding both the business and creative sides of the work, I am better able to communicate priorities, align teams, and move projects forward.
