Events are where planning meets execution in real time. My work has focused on translating brand and product messaging into large-scale environments that support launches, press visibility, and customer engagement.
I led creative teams responsible for designing large-format graphics, environmental branding, and presentation materials for press conferences, trade shows, and sales meetings, ensuring all materials were delivered accurately and on time for high-visibility events.
Western Digital
Investor Meetings
I led the design and delivery of production-ready graphics for Western Digital’s two-day Investor and Analyst event at the Ritz-Carlton in 2022. The work required designs for multiple event environments — including the main stage, ballroom areas, breakout rooms, and way-finding signage — within a compressed timeline. This two-week sprint demanded rapid concept development, production coordination, and reliable execution to ensure the venue was fully prepared for a high-visibility executive and investor audience.

WD_Black at PAX SOUTH
The WD_BLACK internal SSD needed to be the hero of the booth environment while balancing the introduction of new brand elements and gaming-inspired visuals. I designed the trade show graphics supporting the public debut of Western Digital’s newly rebranded WD_BLACK gaming product line at PAX South in 2019.
The work focused on translating the new brand direction into a cohesive booth environment that resonated with the gaming audience. The project required rapid development and coordination to ensure all visual elements — from large-format graphics to promotional materials — were delivered on time for the event opening.

I designed and managed the production of Virtually Live's trade show graphics, presentations and marketing handouts. Shows occurred in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Monaco, Singapore and Shanghai.

PlayStation
Trade shows, Company Events & Sales Conferences
I led the creative coordination and delivery of presentation and event environments for PlayStation trade shows, press conferences, and internal sales meetings. The work required close collaboration with PR, Product Marketing, Promotions, external production companies, design agencies, and senior executives to ensure messaging, visuals, and logistics were fully aligned.
In addition to directing the creative development, I provided on-site presentation support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth execution during high-visibility, C-suite media events.
